How to Print Your Sheet Labels

  1. Visit our Label Templates page.

  2. Find the template that matches the product number printed on your label package.

  3. Download the correct template and open the file in a compatible program.

  4. Add your text, images, or design to the template.

  5. Before printing on the label sheet, print a test page on plain paper. Place the printed test page over a blank label sheet, align the edges and corners, and hold both sheets up to a light to check whether your design fits within each label.

  6. Load the sheet labels into your printer and select US Letter – 8.5" × 11" as the paper size.

  7. Set the print scale to 100% or Actual Size. Do not select Fit to Page, Scale to Fit, or any other resizing option.

  8. Print one label sheet first to confirm the alignment. Once everything looks correct, you can continue printing the remaining sheets.

Your labels are now ready to peel and apply.
